  • copy writing - creatively using research to create a sales-driven brochure

  Required knowledge, skills and experience:

  • excellent English - oral and written communication skills (native English preferred)

• Operations Manager

  The role of the Operations Manager is to manage and execute the logistics processes of conferences throughout Europe.  
  • Researching and booking appropriate venues for conferences
  • Responsible for general administration, logistics, print materials and marketing related activities
  • Ensuring quality control checks are in place and executed as per company policy
  • Business development, identification of opportunities for expansion within the operation department
  • Providing excellent, consistent customer service towards relevant outside parties
  • Assisting General Manager with office duties and related administration

   

  Required knowledge, skills & experience 

  • Computer literate including knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign
  • Excellent English - oral & written communication skills are a prerequisite.  Ability to proof-read and correct English language documents a must
  • High level of Spanish – oral and written communication skills are a prerequisite
  • Experienced in negotiating contracts with suppliers
  • Perform activities within budgets/targets/planning
  • Highly organised and accurate in work and meeting deadlines
  • Pro-active & problem solving skills and able to focus well on business requirements and processes
  • The ability to work both independently and be a flexible & supportive team member
  • Service & multi task oriented
  • Good communication skills both internally and externally

• Sales Executives

  We are now expanding in Madrid and looking for Telephone Sales Executives.

  Required:

  • strong English language skills (written and spoken)
  • ability to present business topics to Senior Executives in a professional manner
  • a positive winning attitude
  • Spanish work permit and ability to work full time

   

  Preferred but not essential:

  • intermediate Spanish language skills, although English only candidates will be hired
  • some telephone sales experience
