• Conference Producer

  We are seeking a conference producer who will be able to research and develop a conference agenda that will attract the key decision makers we target.

  As a conference producer you are responsible for developing the content of the conference programme through extensive telephone research into the market and for selecting and recruiting senior level speakers. We are looking for a highly motivated candidate with proven research skills, who is able to complete projects to tight deadlines and is comfortable in dealing with senior executives from Europe’s leading corporations.

  Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a prerequisite, as is the ability to translate jargon into strategic business information for a designated target audience. Willingness to spend large portion of time on outbound telephone calls to develop program and identify potential speakers. Fluent written/verbal English and an academic background are required. Candidates who are also fluent in other European languages have a preference.

• Sales Executive

  We are seeking professional sales executives who are comfortable dealing with senior decision makers primarily on the telephone. Reaching the decision maker involves more than simply mailing or emailing information pertaining to an event. This is not simply a telesales position; it requires excellent communication skills, the ability to qualify and converse confidently and succinctly with decision makers, and excellent customer service skills.

  Remuneration is by base salary + excellent commission structure.

• Senior Conference Producer

  E.N.G. convenes high quality events in a number of industries and functions, including HR, R&D, Automotive, Design and Communications. We are seeking an experienced conference producer who will be able to develop E.N.G.'s conference agenda and supervise a team of conference producers. You will also be responsible for producing senior executive conferences.

  To fit this position, applicants will have 2+ years experience in conference production

  Management experience

  • A proven track record of developing new topics
  • High motivation with proven telephone and secondary research skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Ability to translate research into commercial success
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills are a prerequisite, other language skills an advantage.
